How long will my order take? What will the shipping cost?

If it's an item that we have in stock, probably only a couple of days. If it's something that you need for a specific date then please let us know as soon as possible.

We use Priority Mail normally or Global Priority for International. If you'd prefer Fedex or UPS those are also available but will incur an additional handling fee.

Because so many customers have had problems with the Credit Card Verification number, we've been forced to go with a flat rate Standard Shipping which is applied to your order based on the subtotal. Our shipping rates are based on industry standard.

If an item requires expedited shipping, please let us know.

How can I be sure I've ordered the right size?

Can I come to your store and try things on?

We don't have a retail location, we work out of our home here in Clarkston, MI.

We can set up an appointment during normal business hours & occasional Saturdays. Email or give me a call.

Why do you need my Credit Card Verification Number?

Our processor requires that all transactions be either swiped or include that number. This is one of the security protocols and we have no way to process any orders other than that. No information is ever given to any third party and your transactions are completely safe, now that we have our own SSL Certificate your information never leaves our server.

What's Your Return Policy?

Any returns require a Return Authorization Number, without it they will be rejected. Please make sure you read our Terms. Placing an order in our Store means you've read & agreed to our Terms.

What if I don't like what I get?

I want our customers to be happy. If upon receipt of your order, you're not satisfied, (applies to normally stocked items only). Email me and we'll make arrangements for a return or adjustment. Shipping charges are never refundable.

Custom orders & Special orders are not returnable.

Items must be in new, resalable condition, so if it's something that you've worn to the Faire and your sworn enemy wore one just like it, that's not a good reason for returning it. Just be glad your enemy has excellent taste like you do! ;>

Borrowers, otherwise known as shoppers who buy an item for a specific event and then try to return the item afterwards, like Halloween will quickly find themselves blacklisted & unable to order anything from us. We do not rent or loan out items.

Care & Use Instructions

Suede items generally need only a stiff brush to keep them looking nice, but most are machine washable. The way I care for our vests is very simple

Remove all laces, put these in a mesh bag. Toss the bag & all the vest pieces into the washing machine. Wash on cold with a cold rinse. Use a detergent such as All Free, with no dyes or perfumes. Add a 1/4 cup of baking soda to the wash. Remove promptly, lay flat on terry cloth towels to dry. NEVER lay your leather in the sun to dry. This will shrink & fade the leather.

General leather goods can be cared for with saddle soap and a good conditioner like Dr. Jackson's Hide Rejuvenator. Our Tankards are hand-washable. Again, please feel free to email or call us if you have any questions.

Do You Wholesale?

Yes, we'll wholesale everything except the Mugs & care products. Opening order must meet a minimum of $500.00. Re-orders $50.00 minimum. Quantities of 1 - 9 items: 30% off MSRP, Quantities of 10 - 20 items: 40% off MSRP, Quantities of 21 - higher items: 50% off MSRP.

What's "orientation"?

It's the way an image faces. For example, the wolves are available in right or left facing orientation as are the dragons. When you are looking AT the image, that's it's orientation, if you're behind the image it will be looking the other direction. For instance, right facing looks right when standing in front looking at it, but looks left if you're standing behind it. Clear as mud right?


Do You do custom work?

In short? Yes, but be aware that custom work is usually much more expensive than stock items. Even a simple pouch involves several steps which all add to the cost. Feel free to contact me directly.
